Our main office is open to the public without an appointment Monday through Friday and is conveniently located right off the main coastal highway in the Plaza Pacífica Shopping Center, just 200 meters south of the main entrance to downtown Dominical. Make sure to stop by and visit us the next time you are in Costa Rica.

We have been in business in Dominical for over 20 years and are very connected to the local community. If you’re interested in learning more about the history of our area, places to visit, get referrals to popular restaurants and amenities, or to learn about the current conditions in the real estate market, we are here to serve you.

We also have a satellite office located in downtown Uvita for business meetings to provide additional services for our clients located further south on the coast.
